The question has several votes to delete. It is clearly better off on stats.SE. There is no doubt that it should remain closed. I'm not sure it should be deleted. Ideally it would have been migrated, but this is not possible until we mIgrate to SE2. I see some value in keeping the question closed but not deleted. It establishes some link with another SE site, and future users may stumble upon it and get rerouted to the right place. Nevertheless, my opinion is not set so I would like to hear the community opinion on this boundary case.

Not sure it is relevant, the OP did not really know what he wanted and did not get much of an answer, either here or there. The other recent one I sent there did better,

I certainly like having the option of gently suggesting that a question might possibly do better there, compare with the case that occasioned

    If you Google

    strength of hypothesis test

both threads come up on the same page, so there is little point in keeping 84610 on MO.

I agree with quid's implicit comment. Google knows that I am a mathematician (meaning not just my Google account, but even my IP address) and adjusts my search results accordingly: when I search for "hatcher" I get Allen Hatcher instead of Teri Hatcher.

Yeah. Don't you hate that?! :)
